About the event
The 2016 Pull for Puppies Tug-of-War Tournament in McKinney, Texas is a charity fundraising event to raise money for Operation Kindness - North Texas' largest 100% no-kill animal shelter. On Saturday, October 8th, over 30 teams and nearly 300 participants from all over the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex are coming to The Beach at Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas to complete in the largest, organized tug-of-wasr tournament in Texas.
Why should you sponsor?
The 2016 Pull for Puppies Tug-of-War Tournament in McKinney, Texas is a competition of stregnth and conditioning. It is also a charity fundraising event that supports Operation Kindness - a local pet shelter located in Carrollton, Texas. As a result, the vast majority of its particpants are pet lovers and people who make fitness a main component of their life. Therefore, companies and individuals who love pets, who are in the pet care industry (pet grooming, pet hotels, pet foods and suppies, vets), and who are in the fitness industry (gyms, clothing, nutrition, sporting goods, sports medicine) should come and support the event.
David SungPull for Puppies is a series of tug-of-war tournaments that raises money for local pet charities across the country. Our goal is to turn Pull for Puppies into large pet fesitvals with the tug-of-war tournament as the centerpiece and to bring Pull for Puppies to cities all across America. If a team is entered, we will film the team in action and place images and video of the sponsorship team on the Pull for Puppies Facebook page and Youtube channel. Sponsors may also set up a table/booth at the event.
