Prostitute of Society,

Los Angeles, California, United States Los Angeles, California, United States

  • About the event

    Good morning,

I am Bianca Miles, fashion designer of Bianca Loren. I am in the process of building a fashion show production to launch the Bianca Loren Brand. Bianca Loren will be partnering with multiple Non-Profit organizations that focus on building character and self-esteem throughout the Los Angeles Region. Through the art of fashion, Bianca Loren will take a stand against societal norms; teaching one to embrace one’s authentic self!

Bianca Loren, birthed from an outlet to heal scars of cruelty in exchange for suicide was originally an outlet to escape the mean, cold world that I merely knew at the age of 11. From being bullied for not being your typical African-American girl, to being picked on for being over weight, growing up was rather difficult. Passion kept me alive! Not necessarily the passion for fashion, but the passion to create, the passion to make one happy! People love to be different, to feel special, to feel loved. Bianca Loren does just that!

Bianca Loren works hand-in-hand to provide excellent service to clients seeking unique, one-of-a-kind apparel that is innovative and daring, yet refined. The Bianca Loren customer truly appreciates well-crafted, quality made garments comprised of durable and luxurious fabrics such as suede, silk, velvet and leather. Bianca Loren brings cutting edge designs to the prestigious fashion industry at a distinguished price.

This isn’t your typical fashion show, but a production to ultimately give back! I want to give children, youth, and all people who live outside of societal norms a chance to feel beautiful; truly loved. Reality meets the runway! Bianca Loren will be using real people to model, custom fashion no clothing line!

Through sponsorship, you will receive brand visibility through multiple marketing channels as well as event collateral. The event is expected to hold 300 to 500 guest attending from all areas of the nation, taking publicity outside the boundaries of just Los Angeles to being recognized nationally.

Thanks in advance for an opportunity to not only give back, but extend hope across the world and your community!

    Why should you sponsor?

To save a life.  Unfortunately, people are commiting suicide by the dozens, daily.  It is unfortunate for one to not understand the "moment."  It is all a moment; symptoms within a moment.  Let's stand together to empower , encourage, and strengthen mankind!

    • More than 1 out of every 5 students report being bullied in their lifetime (National Center for Educational Statistics, 2016).
    • Approximately 128,000 students are bullied in Los Angeles alone per year.
    • The reasons for being bullied reported most often by students were looks (55%), body shape (37%), and race (16%) (Davis & Nixon, 2010)
    • Suicide is the third leading cause of death among young people; approximately 4,400 deaths per year!
    • Bully victims are between 2 to 9 times more likely to consider suicide than non-victims, according to studies by Yale University.

I , Bianca Loren, find myself within the last statistic.  I was one of the 2 to 9 times more likely to consider suicide!  At the age of 11, thoughts of suicide began to shift from suicide, to hope.  Designing literally kept me alive.  It was the outlet of escape.   The hurt, pain, and sorrows brought on by my peers became lost within the graphite portrayed on paper.  There lied the heart of the women I aspired to be; thin, confident, fashion-forward, and bold.  The list could go on, and on, but that wasn't who I was, nor who I am today.   It has been a journey, a destination still unfound and I'm not quite sure if I'll ever get there.  I wished as a child someone would have communicated that I was beautiful.  I wish I would have felt loved.  The core of the Bianca Loren lies there; the desire to extend the walls of hope!  Breaking down barriers, to societal norms, Bianca Loren is fighting to take a stand within the fashion industry; redefining what is beautiful!  Breaking down the walls of temporal, superficial beauty, in exchange for self-love!  Not only does everyone deserve to be loved, but everyone deserves to love themselves too!

This night, this one night, it is ok to be who you are!  Fashion is just the platform for Bianca Loren to save lives, literally.  Multiple non-profit organizations who embodies aspects within the foundation of self esteem/ self love will be highlighted and sponsored.  Proceeds raised from the night of the event will be poured back into the Los Angeles Community through the featured organizations.
