The Army Institute of Technology, Pune is organizing “Pro Cycling” event with an initiative to promote Health awareness among the youths and also inculcate a habit of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. This Event is to be organized on 21 September 2017. The venue for the event is near Bhakti shakti garden.
Their would be around 150-200 participants in our Event from our college.ABOUT THE COLLEGE: -
Army Institute of Technology with the initiative to produce total quality engineers is one of its kind in the country. This prestigious college has already produced a lot of sparking minds who are now contributing at respectable posts at different firms. It truly justifies its motto “ONWARD TO GLORY”

About The EventPro Cycling is Cycling Event is organized by The AIT Nature Club. It will create awareness of cycling to sustainable means of transport in day to day life to reduce Pollution and to lead a Healthy Life.
Why Cycling?
There is plenty of evidence on the health benefit, cost saving and “Green” benefit of increase cycling. There are many practical benefits too;
⦁ Cycling is the most reliable way of commuting shorter distance
⦁ Providing routes for cycling in much cheaper and takes less space than for cars and other vehicles
⦁ Parking for bicycles is much cheaper than for cars in hard pressed city centers
⦁ Small carbon footprint as compare to other modern mode of transport.
So join this movement to promote cycling in our city with us.

Bhakti Shakti--> D.Y.Patil COE --> Mukai Chowk--> Dehu Road Police station Chowk -->Mukai Chowk --> D.Y.Patil COE --> Bhakti Shakti
This is not a race but 20km participant need to complete cycling in 2 hour.
Why should you sponsor?
There will be logos of sponsors on each rider of the bicycle.
The audience will cheer the name of sponsors from time to time to inform about them.
Spread awareness about sponsors in and around the public.
The event will be recorded and video will be posted on youtube and facebook.
All the participants and organisers will use the products or services provided by sponsors and awareness about them will be circulated among our college and PUNE University.Also company will be promoted in future events, fests, and college and university events.

BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF SPONSERSHIP WE HAVE DEVIDED CLASSES:- CLASS 1: The Company sponsoring an amount of 25,000 and above This company will be the title sponsor for our event and there name will be on every banners and poster in large fonts and there name will be on the front of the participants t-shirt’s. This company will be also promoted on social media platforms like twitter and Facebook. CLASS 2: The Companies sponsoring an amount between 10,000 to 25,000. These companies will be the second major sponsors and they will also be on the posters and banner but in comparatively lower size font. Their name will be in the sideways of the participants t-shirt. These can also consist of cycle companies or stores which can provide us with cycles to conduct this event. CLASS 3: The companies sponsoring an amount below 10,000 or providing some goodies. These companies will also be in lower size font on the posters. These can consist of Food and Beverage companies which can also distribute their products or goodies to the participants. CLASS 4: The companies who want to put up their stalls in the event area. These companies have to contact us prior setting up their stalls for sale or for promotions.
