Hi!

My name is Janeth.  We have several Sponsorship + Partnership opportunities for our upcoming LA PRIDE event June 10th @ the W hotel Hollywood Rooftop from 9pm-2a.  Our theme is, Pride like its 1999.

LA PRIDE will be celebrated in HOLLYWOOD this year.  We are aiming to make this the most INCLUSIVE event, featuring an all BIPOC + Trans line up for Dancers, LGBTQIA Djs and Influencers. It's going to be a HUGE event, in the epicenter of all the LA PRIDE celebrations that weekend.

We love to have events with 'WOW' moments, like a 360 Photobooth, LED DANCE FLOOR, WILD POOL FLOATIES, PROJECTED VISUALS, RETRO VIDEO GAME STATION, LARGE 90s HEAD CUT OUTS, BALLOON WALLS, GLITTER STATION WITH MAKE UP ARTISTS and MORE!  Your sponsoships help these moement possible.

Why should you sponsor?

This event is put together by a LGBTQIA team for our LGBTQIA community, and supports a local LGBTQIA charity REACH LA. 

Pride, is a very meaningful time of celebration for our community.  Supproting this event, is one of the best ways to show your supprt for the LGBTQIA community. 

The W hotel Rooftop, has a 2,000 person max capacity and we are expecting 800 - 1100 guests this evening.  One of LAs hottest venues in LA. 

Your sponsorships help us create acitvations, such as BALLOON WALLS, LED DANCE FLOORS, FLOATIES AND other JOY FILLED memorable experiences.  We love to throw a wildly creative event, and happy to discuss ideas to get the most brand partnership for your sponsorhsip!

HawtMess Productions is a team of queer magic makers in Los Angeles creating colorful immersive events where we are free to celebrate our unique identities in safe spaces. Our dance parties are full of imaginative experiences that elevate our minds and take us out of our comfort zones. We are an inclusive community that highlight queer emerging artists, musicians, entertainers, and small queer owned businesses of all gender identities and cultural backgrounds.

Our team has over 10 yrs experience promoting + producing LGBTQIA events in the LOS ANGELES area and across the US.
