As you know, financial support is extremely important to The Cult House as we rely on donations to provide additional services in the community which are highly appreciated.
The pop up market attract more attendees each time, but we depend on added support of our friends in the business community who supply us with stalls for artists, or additional financial support to run activities for kids and artists performances, beverage & food, and most importantly to raise the funds for the charity involved minimizing as much as possible the costs for any artists participating.

ABOUT US
The Cult House is a large arts based project with many different segments. We started our collective on Facebook, Instagram Twitter, Google+, Pinterest and LinkedIn, where you can find daily tips on various art related topics. We have been using these social media channels to promote, network and increase visibility for our artists. The website, which went live on 10 of April 2014, is our platform to leverage an international collective of talented artists! We aim at boosting online visibility as much as possible, both for The Cult House collective and more importantly for the artists who join us, maximizing all our connections and advertising the artists' profiles, as well as important events. Amongst our network and promotions, we organize many kinds of art related events, you can find out more about these events on our website by clicking on the artist tab current/past or future events were artists are encouraged to participate and network.
The events all have a different flavor and terms and conditions to participate in, however, because the artists will apply for each of them as member of the collective, they can benefit of special packages and first information! The Cult House online collective caters to all levels and arts/artists discipline! Artists can decide which event we organize suits they best! Besides, we are always open to exploring new ideas and partnerships! SPECIFICATIONS We count with more than 160 artists on our online collective gallery mainly in UK but also from 12 different countries.
Our network has an organic growth of: 2950 followers on Facebook 1240 followers on our Facebook TCH collective open group: 2435 followers on Instagram 10K followers on Twitter 3000 subscribers on our mailing list via our website We are also on Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn and starting to develop our YouTube Channel Our full network counts with nearly 20k people around the word and for this project ‘Art Medley Pop Up’ we will be partnering with many other social media networks in order to increase the visibility and attract a greater number of visitors to make this event a success and the first of a twice a year event.
General event description The ‘ART MEDLEY Pop Up’ will work as an arts market held on 02 of April 2016, with music and others activities where artists will be able to sell their art throughout the entire event. We will offer a variety of food, beverage, activities and presentations during the whole event.
We will have an area for kids during the day with different activities and entertainment for them. SCT Collaboration We are working in partnership with local charity, SCT – Spitalfields Crypt Trust who offers long term support to people facing the challenges of addiction, homelessness and social isolation. SCT will have their whole designed area for free were they will be selling their artworks and products along with running a raffle and promoting their work. SCT will also keep all the money from any ticket sales they make directly for the live acts and we will also be sharing a percentage of the final profit with them.
Opening hours and evening performance entrance fee: From 10am until 10pm on 02/04/2016 (Excluding 3 hours estimate for set up and 2 hours for clear up). Before 3pm, each visitor will be given a free pass to the event. From 5pm we will be charging £5 on the door for the live acts performances, with the exception of pass holders and some guests from our sponsors! The revenue from the entry fee will help to minimize the costs for the live acts participating and cover our overheads.
Purposes of the Pop Up Art Medley: Gain publicity for all the artists, institutions and groups involved in the event. Raise money and awareness of SCT - www.sct.org.uk Reach out to a network + promote artists Art sale + Evening music performance (live acts - DJ's and live music) Entertainment for kids during the day (The Kid's corner) Leadership/budget: The Cult House and London Bug are responsible for the whole event organization and project/expenses.
Our costs are forecast at a minimum of £3000 and maximum £10 000 pounds (depending on the venue). This includes: venue hire, stands hire, built in bar, music equipment and promotional material, advertising in Time Out and other magazines. Target Audience:
Our target audiences are boroughs of East London and surroundings. Those areas are well known as a very important, trendy and vibrant for art development. All those target areas are suitable for the type of events we are going to run as they are full of active artists and young people. We are gathering attention from local communities, individuals but also professional organizations as yours to become a part of our exciting projects.
Marketing:
Our aim is to attract a minimum audience of 1000 people during the whole day based on previous projects we had in the past. We will start promoting the event one end of December with a teaser image and throughout January/February and March. Promotion will incorporate all our social networks, blogs, mailing lists and event promoters’ sites. We work with many different in London and internationally. We will use all of them for this purpose + other promotional sites as per: Shoreditch Radio, Hoxton Radio, East London Radio, Ticket Share, Billeto, Event Brite, Event, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, The Cult House : website, Facebook, Twitter , Instagram, Time out, Listora ( all London ‘ newspapers and listing sites ), Made in Shoreditch, East Londonist, SCT charity website and online sites, East London Lines, East Londoner. Currently, we are negotiating with two venues and will be happy to clarify this with you in a personal meeting. We offer promotional spaces and the inclusion of any sponsor on all the material/designer we will be creating for the ‘ART MEDLEY Pop Up’.
We also have promotional spaces on our website where we can negotiate long term collaboration depending on the amount of the sponsorship.
