About the event

Ponies & Pilates is a purpose driven luxury wellness social taking place on October 10, 2026, at The Ranch 22 in Wellington, Florida. This unique event will bring together approximately 100 women from across Palm Beach County and South Florida for a morning of movement, connection, wellness, and community impact.

Guests will enjoy Pilates classes, coffee and matcha, curated wellness experiences, interactive brand activations, shopping opportunities, photo moments, and meaningful opportunities to connect with like minded women in a beautiful ranch setting.

More importantly, Ponies & Pilates was created to raise awareness and support for the ranch's Stable Moments Program, a nonprofit dedicated to helping children, teens, and young adults impacted by abuse, neglect, foster care involvement, trafficking, and other significant life challenges. Through mentorship and equine assisted experiences, Stable Moments provides healing, hope, and life changing support to vulnerable youth throughout our community.

We are seeking aligned sponsors and community partners who are passionate about wellness, women's empowerment, community engagement, philanthropy, and creating meaningful experiences. Sponsors will have the opportunity to connect directly with an engaged audience, receive brand exposure through event marketing and social media campaigns, participate in onsite activations, and be featured in professional event photography and videography.

My name is Melanie Gayahpersad, and I am the owner and lead planner of Pure Moments Events, a South Florida based event planning company specializing in weddings, social events, and community experiences.

With a background in event management and community engagement, I have planned and executed a wide range of events throughout Palm Beach County, from large scale public events to intimate luxury celebrations. My passion has always been creating experiences that bring people together in meaningful ways.

As a small business owner and community advocate, I believe events have the power to do more than entertain- they can create awareness, inspire connection, and make a lasting impact. Through Ponies & Pilates, my goal is to bring together local businesses, community leaders, and attendees to support a cause that is truly changing lives while creating an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
