About the event
Pioneer HarvestFest is an annual event designed to provide quality entertainment to individuals and families of all ages. This year we are anticipating 15,000 to 20,000 attendees through the month of October. We will have a score of activities, entertainment and events for families to participate in. A pumpkin patch, hay maze, petting zoo, gold panning, and food trucks are just a couple of the numerous events that can be expected.
The mission of our event is to fund our operations through the remainder of the year. Because we are a non-profit, our primary purpose is to educate children and families on Pioneer history and illustrate how the past illuminates the future. This event is a key funding opportunity for the museum to put on the programs, events, and activities necessary to educating the public.
Our audience will include young children, parents, and grandparents. Our festival is designed so that individuals of all ages will find something to enjoy and to be educated by. We are expecting 20,000 attendees through the month of October.
