We are RULAY  Pilates & Perreo.

We host weekly classes that blend the technique of Pilates with the energy of Perreo / Twerk, bringing together up to 80 participants each week.

Our community is mostly women—though men also join—ranging from content creators, moms, and professionals with office jobs to wellness enthusiasts. It’s a diverse, vibrant group that loves to enjoy the experience, share it on social media, and tag the brands that support our events.
