About the event
Dear Sir/Madam,
The Russian-Canadian Theatrical Community Center (RCTCC) was founded in 2003 as a non-profit and charitable organization (# 864502356 RR 0001). The Center's mission is to promote and maintain rich Russian cultural and family traditions to help young people to integrate into multicultural society of Canada and realized their intellectual, spiritual, physical and artistic potential.
For the second time we are hosting the “Orthodox-Christian Family Festival in Canada” on June 17-18, 2017. We invite all of those who feel united by common historical and cultural values, traditions in upbringing of children and who honour spiritual joy in their life. The festival will be held second year in a beautiful park, owned by the Romanian Orthodox Christian Community that situated not far from Milton. We expect over 500 visitors and 50 volunteers will take part in the event. The first festival in September 3-4 2016 hosted 300 visitors and more then 80 kids. The program will include a concert, sport activities, family games and a potluck dinner.
We would like to invite you to become a sponsor of this great family oriented event. It could be done by money or food donation. With your help we will be able to accommodate more guests from low income families and offer prises to the winners of games and competitions.
We also will be happy to see your employees and their families at this event and hope that they will join us to celebrate with us.
RCTCC is located at 4169 Bathurst St, Earl Bales Community Centre and is the oldest Russian Theatrical Center in Ontario.
