Optimal's Halloween Hustle 5k/Dash is a race determined to engage individuals in the community in health and wellness in a fun way while donating to a great cause.

You should sponsor Optimal's Halloween Hustle 5k/Dash because not only is it benefitting racers physically and forming lifelong habits, but all proceeds are going to Almost Home Kids. This organization provides transitional care to children with complicated health needs in a home like setting.
Jenny HochMy name is Jenny and I am a medical exercise specialist at a medical weight loss facility called Optimal Health Medical Fitness. My ultimate goal with this 5k is to educate people on how to incorporate health and wellness in a fun way as well as to get kids involved and active!
