About the event
Our opening event is about introducing our brand into our community. We have a guestlist of 250 people, to whom we have handwritten invitations. During our event, we will hold a small speech introducing our brand and thanking our sponsors. We describe our service of offering to organize events but also throw parties of our own, which include a small entrance fee, much more affordable to students than conventional clubs. Our parties and events are about connecting people in our social circle and expanding it. We have experience throwing parties of between 50 and 200 people privately over the last two years. Since these have always been a success, we decided to make it into an official business!
Why should you sponsor?
By supporting us you are supporting a small business created by three young women, all from different countries and different educational backgrounds. We know our guests well and can therefore promote your product and company in a personal way to our friends and community.
Lili VarulNeshmeeya - I am a law student studying in Amsterdam and originally from the US. I am an avid party planner and have been organizing successful events for the past year with each consisting of over 200 people. I look forward to pursuing my passion and building an event-organizing company that will create memorable experiences for all.
Lili - I am a psychology student in Amsterdam, originally from Germany, and grew up in England. I love international environments, which is why I love Amsterdam. I have met the most amazing people here and have been hosting parties and hangouts for them over the past two years. I love bringing people together and creating a sense of community whilst maintaining a safe space and warm atmosphere.
Marie - I am from Belgium, currently studying communication science here in Amsterdam. Just like my friends, I have also been hosting parties in my apartment for a while and I want to make this my profession. I enjoy designing and marketing, two of the roles I am taking on for this company.

Our sponsorship bundle includes featuring your logo at our opening event, on signs or banners at the entrance, as well as on tables where we can display business cards and short descriptions of our sponsors. Furthermore, we will thank and name our sponsors in a speech in front of our 200 guests. Additionally, as hostesses we will also promote your product and company orally at our events to guests one on one.

As our sponsor for drinks, we offer selling and promoting drinks from your brand to our guests. We will also name your brand in a speech in which we thank all our sponsors. Moreover, we will display business cards of your brand on tables and at the entrance to our opening event. We look forward to collaborating with you :)
