About the event
We are a group of first year students studying Business Administration at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven at Campus Brussel. We are planning to create and execute an event of our choice, with whatever profits we collect being donated to a charity - United Fund for Belgium.
The event that we are planning will be a charity ball, titled Old Hollywood Ball. This event will be held in Brussels on Friday March 18, 2015. As per the theme, attendees are encouraged to dress in their best costumes from the era of the 1920s-1930s. Though it is encouraged, guests who do not arrive dressed in old hollywood attire will not be turned away from our event.
The event is planned to last from 8 pm to 11 pm and we are expecting from 100 to 150 people attending.
Our prospective sponsors will receive publicity benefits from having their logo appearing during our marketing campaign activities and/or during the event itself. Official credits to prospective sponsors can also be included in the announcements at the beginning and the end of the event.
Any forms of support will be greatly appreciated; however, as we are in great need of a suitable venue for our vintage theme event, a venue-related sponsorship will receive special offers for publicity from us.

Sponsor's logo will appear during the event and on every marketing activity (including on tickets, posters, flyers, Facebook event). The Venue is expected to be Vintage to suit the event's theme and located in Brussels for easier access and exposure to the public. Multi-media options is necessary and a drink bar is greatly appreciated.
