I have been in the communication field for over 20 years, and have recently started my own communication training and coaching business, Communicate Great. As part of my journey, I am drawn to creating and attending events, and watching people gather to connect. 

As a business owner, I've discovered the need to connecting with and collaborating with other women. Moreover, I love connecting women with other women to watch the connections and collaborations bloom between them.

Connections are essential for all people in business, but even more so for women who are traditionally overlooked in the business world. I believe this is one reason the number of woman owned businesses is growing at such a rapid pace. 

Building others up, encouraging them, and watching them grow is such a beautiful thing for me! I am a cheerleader at heart!
