The opening day of the Dansehallerne, 31 August, opens with a big party. We listen to proud opening speeches, both by politicians and foundations and by us who have worked for so long with this vision: To give dance enthusiasts a stage to return to in Copenhagen. To give the dance community a home, a meeting place. The home the art form deserves. It's an open house, with balloons and art in every room.
