Off The Record - Independent Music Festival,

The chance to sponsor this brilliant all day live music festival at one of Brighton and Hove's (UK) most iconic music and arts venues, The Brunswick. The Off The Record Independent Music Festival is all about celebrating Brighton's vibrant, alternative music scene by bringing together some of the best independent bands in the city for this amazing all day event. We're seeking sponsorship to help cover the costs of running this unique event so that we can continue to support this iconic scene. The Bronze Package includes... 1. Your company logo on all posters and flyers (bottom). We'll be printing and distributing a minimum of 5,000 flyers which means your business will be seen by a minimum of 5,000 people - in all likelihood given the way that flyer distribution works we estimate the reach will be closer to 20,000 people. 2. Your company logo with link to your website, or a website of your choice, on the sponsors section of the festival website. We currently have a social media reach of 20,000 - 40,000 per month across a number of local live music related accounts on Twitter and Facebook. Each one of these accounts will be regularly encouraging people to visit the Festival website between May and November to buy tickets, find out about the bands, and of course check out our sponsors. A conservative estimate using a 3% click through rate on 20,000 reach would mean that your company will be seen by another 600 people each month between now and November. 3. Your company's own business cards and/or flyers on our sponsors table at the festival. All of our sponsors will get the opportunity to provide us with advertising materials that will be placed on the 'Sponsors Table' at the festival. Each of the 120 ticket holders will be directed towards the table on entry and throughout the day. Thanks for checking out our sponsorship options! The Festival is booked for 11th November, this will be announced publicly along with details of the bands, venue, tickets, and our sponsors as soon as we have secured sponsorship.
