The title sponsor of the fest receives maximum visibility and undiluted publicity be it through our pre-fest, on-fest or post-fest marketing avenues. Here are some of the privileges that a title sponsor of Oasis'16 will enjoy :
TITLE OF THE FEST:
•The fest shall be publicized as and BITS PILANI present OASIS ‘16 – of Gods and Men. The above publicity includes all mention of the festival online, in print media, on air (through the radio partners), and on college posters (which are displayed put up in over 300 colleges across the country.)
•The Institute Main Gate will be an archway customized to mentioning “ and BITS Pilani present Oasis ‘16”. The same could also be incorporated on the main entrance to the institute area.
•Maps will be designed and given to all the outstation participants. The Rotunda (the newly renovated area which is central and holds some of the biggest events) will be marked as zone, and this area will feature extensive branding.
•Each outstation participant is given a kit during his stay at Oasis containing the Oasis ‘Passport’, rules booklet etc. A flyer/brochure will be included in each kit
•All certificates, trophies and prizes given out during the fest will carry your logo.
•One Giant Size backdrop, will be put up on two of the hostel walls overlooking the central activity zones.
•The logos will appear on the ID Cards of all organizers and also on the badges given to all outstation students.
•The three entrances to the central activity area [comprising of M-Lawns, Faculty Division 2 (FD2), FD3 and LTC] will all hold standees of .
NAMING OF THE VENUE:
• shall be publicized as “’s ”.
•The above publicity ensures that every event which takes place would be branding for and reaching out to its participants and audience alike.
•The venue witness’ a footfall of 10000+ over the 96 hours of the fest.
•All schedules and maps of the campus and Oasis will show the as “’s ”.
•All passports distributed to the students and participants would carry the schedule and map of the entire fest, and hence ensure the outreach. These will be available for distribution at the Controls Booth and during registration well.
• ’s logo (with link) will be displayed on the home page of the official website, which witnesses about 1000 views a day and is the forum for participants to register and participate in online events.
• ’s logo will also be displayed on OASIS’ Facebook page which has an ever growing fan base. Online Facebook competitions can also be conducted.
•Posters will be put up across campus, highlighting the sponsors for the festival, of which shall be one.
• will also find mention on the campus radio as a sponsor for the festival.
• as the presenting sponsor of Oasis ‘16 will feature as the wall paper on all of the 250 computers at the Computer Centre, BITS-Pilani from a week before Oasis till after the fest.
BRANDING PRESENCE AT STUDENT ACCOMMODATION LOCATIONS:
All participants of Oasis are housed in common rooms of the various hostels around campus, 12 in number for 1000+ participants. At each of these locations, an banner and standee shall be placed for strategic brand visibility. This will ensure direct reach to all outstation participants from various cities on campus.
BANNERS AND STANDEES:
A total of 25 banners (6’x3’) and standees (3’x6’) will be provided to (Creative for the banners and standees to be provided by )
AUDIO PUBLICITY:
Audio publicity will be provided at all the hubs of registration, events, exhibitions etc. Announcements will be made highlighting as the Official Hospitality Partner of Oasis ‘16.
INTRA CAMPUS PUBLICATIONS:
All intra-campus publications (English & Hindi press, 3000+ issues daily) will promote for a thorough brand presence. The issues are also put up on display boards and hence reach out to everyone on campus as well as the local residents who visit the festival. There can be a special issue on ‘How to select a Good Hotel’ and other such topics.
SMS CAMPAIGN: (subject to availability of SMS partners)
An extensive SMS campaign will be undertaken to promote , which will reach out to all participants on-campus. The messages can highlight the USPs of ’s products, and focus extensively on their suitability for students as well as their affordability.
AV ADVERTISEMENTS:
Audio Visual advertisements will be screened on a 12’X12’ screen during the inauguration in the auditorium which will be attended by more than 2500 students. The advertisements can be so designed so as to send out the desired message to the student community on campus at the time.
OASIS PASSPORT BRANDING:
name and logo will present on the ‘Oasis Passport’ given to each and every outstation participant under the category of Hospitality Partner.
OASIS APP BRANDING:
name and logo will be present on the Official Oasis ’16 App under the category of the HOSPITALITY PARTNER of Oasis ’16.
POST OASIS:
•Full page advertisement in the OASIS Souvenir for all participants and organizers.
• ’s logo will be present in the Oasis ’16 Aftermovie. This aftermovie also goes viral online post Oasis.
•A special mention of ’s contribution on the official website, which will provide publicity for an entire year (till September 2016), through contests, blogs and forums online.
•A detailed branding report will be sent to you, highlighting your effective brand presence during the festival.
