About the event

Jun Mo (Named by The Late Grand Master Lee Shing) means Martial Promotions

Jun Mo was founded by Joseph Man in 1978 he created two organisations 'Jun Mo Wing Chun Martial Arts Association' and 'Jun Mo Generations Carnival Parading Group' in order to promote Chinese Creative Cultural & Arts in London & across England

Over the years Jun Mo has achieved a lot and fostered links with Carnival Groups, Martial Artists, people in the Music & Entertainment Industry, the Media and many community groups.

Under the guidance of Master Joseph Man, the Jun Mo Management Team continues to organise events, workshops and activities leading towards annual events, our aim is to bring together and share in the delights of different cultures, leading towards international excursions.

Notting Hill carnival
Chinese New Year Celebration - Trafalgar Square

The Notting Hill Carnival attracts hundreds of thousands to London, and continues to grow in popularity. You can expect to see some 50,000 performers more than 30 sound systems. More than 1 million people attend over the Carnival weekend.

We have performed at the Europes biggest Carnival (Notting Hill Carnival) for over 10 years but sadly we have not been able to attend the last few years because of cut backs by The Arts Board and private sponsors.

We would like to attend in 2015 hence why we are looking for a sponsor for our carnival parade and to support our on going workshops and events through out the year.
