    Company Overview:

    -        Company Background/Vision: Royal Court Lifestyle Marketing, LLC was founded by Pat Williams in 2008 under the original name, Royal Court Promotions. Williams’ vision for the company was to provide the best, elite nightly events the DC/MD/VA area had to offer. In 2012, the company relaunched as Royal Court Lifestyle Marketing. Tevin Swann, managing partner beside Pat Williams, developed a vision to separate them from the ordinary events company. We now aim to provide a variety of unique and memorable events with premiere entertainment in a professional, stress-free environment.     Event Overview:

    -        Mission Statement/Vision: To provide young professionals with a social, interactive and stress-free environment where they can relax, unwind from the hectic daily schedules and have the time of their lives celebrating their accomplishments post-undergraduate school.

    -        Key Outcomes/deliverables:

    o   To receive national recognition as a premiere events company

    o   To minimize drinking and driving by providing shuttles and transportation

    o   To spread awareness of the dangerous, sometimes fatal, consequences of drinking and driving

    o   Contribute to the Hampton University homecoming experience (need to add more outcomes and deliverables)

    -        The Event: No Chaser was established to bridge the gap between young college alumni, in and out of state, and Hampton University students to help develop a professional network and strengthen their sense of community.

    -        Target Market: College-educated and/or young professionals between the ages of 21 and 30 who are experiencing the first peak in their careers and social lives.

    ·      Development Plan

    -        Strategic Development:

    o   Event will take place on October 9th; will be held at Aura Lounge in Virginia Beach. We are expecting 800 guests and are also providing transportation by means of shuttles and buses for these guests to ensure responsible drinking without having to drive.

    -        Marketing Development:

    o   Due to our company being very active in the local Hampton Roads Area, dealing with several businesses and maintaining relationships that were started since we created the company we are expecting an even more significant turn out than the previous year before. This year we plan on providing radio promotion, print and digital promotional flyers and posters, cups, and t-shirts. We will also have our promotional material throughout the colleges and universities in the Hampton Roads Area. We will send weekly emails and updates in regards to our upcoming event. Also this year we want to step outside the box and bring some creativity to be the exception rather than the norm. In doing so, we are reaching out to local art galleries and local artists to provide artwork to display during the event. By concentrating and focusing on primary one main event, No Chaser will have a very proficient outcome.
