NIH Annual Camp Fantastic BBQ,

About the event

Take a minute to think about your childhood. What do you remember? Did you go away to camp, go fishing, or even visit the circus? For many children and young adults living with cancer,
these “normal” childhood activities do not exist. To help increase awareness and support, we will be hosting the Camp Fantastic BBQ, to benefit Special Love, on June 16, 2015.

Special Love, one of the NIH Charities, provides children and young adults living with cancer, and their families a chance to enjoy the normal childhood activities that healthy kids often take
for granted. From week-long camps, like Camp Fantastic and BRASS Camp (for siblings),
to weekend retreats for families, teens, and young adults. Special Love's programs represent a community of support that shows kids with cancer and their families that they are not alone.

The success of our event depends upon sponsorships and donations from area businesses and organizations.This event will be advertised in our newsletter (distributed to 17,000

employees) and website; companies responsible for sponsorships and donations
will be acknowledged for their participation.
