About the event
Halloween night I am hosting one of the largest charity events that have ever been held in my hometown. Night Terrors is set to be a full costume dance party, with the expectation of 300 guests in attendance. The ballroom at the Kwatuqunuk Hotel and Casino has already been booked, a perfect venue for the occasion because it's located right in the center of Polson and is a popular spot for young people around here. The exposure that the venue itself provides is a big deal for this event's success. Something like this is very rare where i'm from because young people never take the inicitive to organize functions on their own and events that are organized all seem to appeal to an older crowd. Never in my 22 years have I heard of a person throwing a private party, in such a publicized venue, with the intentions of showing hundreds of people a good time, and donating a portion of the proceeds to charity. This is the first event of it's kind for this town, and after it's done I am hoping that people will see they too have the potential to do something positive for others. My reputation and influence is pretty prominent in Polson as well as it's surrounding towns and this event is gathering tons of support from the community every day. Halloween is a time that everyone can let loose and have some fun and my event is going to give the people around here their only other alternative than going to a bar. The kids that fall between the ages 18 and 20 literally have no other options for celebrating this night within 50 miles of home.
The ballroom will be decorated with dark colors from wall to wall, the ceiling will dangle glowing orbs over a huge dance floor lit up by lasers from the stage centered in front of it. The DJ will be accompanied by six gogo girls in matching outfits, elevated above the crowd making sure their energy level is at a constant high. There will be a full bar set up along with separate seating sections for VIP and general admission. I have purchased hundreds of rubber wristbands that have the logo and date of the event printed on them so guests can keep it as a souvenir long after the nights over. I am going to create a fun, young, high energy, atmosphere that will be safe and comfortable for a verity of different kinds of people.Why should you sponsor?
