About the event

I hope you will agree that this event is a great fit for growing your business in Mid Wales, due to the support we had last year from your target market.
We are on the search for a main sponsor for our next Big Mid Wales event in Builth Wells. Once again we will hold this event at Penmaenau Events which is situated next door to the Royal Welsh Show ground, has excellent access, parking and facilities.
Night of Champions 2016 Wales vs England will run on 8th July 2015 featuring eight of the Worlds best darts players, four from Wales and four from England. Included in the England line up will be Terry ‘the Bull’ Jenkins & Dave ‘Chizzy’ Chisnall and leading the Welsh into battle will be Jamie ‘Rasta’ Lewis and Gerwyn ‘Iceman’ Price.
In 2015 we ran this event and sold 500 tickets to the local rural community, with the event being hailed as “Better than Lakeside” 
In 2016 we are hoping to attracted a number of sponsors for the event as well as exceeding the general ticket sales from last year. We have moved the event to a Friday evening from a Sunday afternoon and have reduced ticket prices by 20% in some cases, following feedback from the local community.

Darts is an extremely well supported past time in rural Mid Wales and for this reason we wanted to give darts fans and players an affordable annual event on their doorstep.
