As My World Turns

● What is it about?

- This is about a idea that is being birthed in our city. A new community Tv Show that’s starting right here in Brooklyn Park Mn .This show will highlight problems we face individually and collectively as a community.

● What’s our goal?

- Our aim is to provide hope and inspiration to those who are currently going through or went through the topics that will be highlighting.

The topics include:

❏ Reckless Behavior

❏ Depression

❏ Refusal of Instructions

❏ Drug Abuse

❏ Alcohol Abuse

❏ Suicide

❏ Lack of Trust

❏ Loss of Loved Ones

❏ Violent Behavior

❏ Teen Pregnancy

❏ Domestic Violence

❏ Lack of Positive Influence

❏ Gang Violence

❏ Broken homes/ families

● Where we are?

- The team is making progress. Currently writing the script with actors already expressing their interest and auditioning. There are actors, songwriters, singers, musicians scriptwriters, editors, feedback givers, plus more along the way who have all volunteered their skills free of charge. Have already made connections with the mayor, and city officials. Establishing contacts with Brooklyn Park Police (Paula Van Avery) & BPA to gather information. Working on establishing connections with health officials to gather information. The team is also making great progress of finding filming locations with more help to come with Mary Tan. We will be airing on NWCT that airs on Channel 12, 19 and 20. Additionally we will be streaming from YouTube.

● What we need from you?

- The producers first mostly need your support/ approval of this project being undertaken. Team is still working on finding more locations to shoot (display homes, restaurants, court rooms, hospitals, ect.) Alongside funding is not necessary but much appreciated for obtaining materials to use in the project only.  Additionally the team is open to new inputs, feedback and suggested topics to cover. Lastly, if you are connected to organizations/ people who could help make this project a success we welcome them!
