About the event

Dear Respected Patron,

Sports connect millions of people. It connects millions of people irrespective of their caste, creed, nationality and language. It goes beyond the language barrier and brings brotherhood in people who are usually divided on the basis of castes, region and language. The biggest example is cricket in India. We all have been biased cased on region, language and castes. But, when it comes to Indian cricket team, we support it, irrespective of caste and region of the player.

Sport has this unique power, to make people progress. It gives people an idea about winning. India is filled with examples of people who has risen despite of all odds. From Greats like Kapil Dev to P.V Sindhu, from P.Gopichand to Karnam Malleshwari, our country is filled with examples which need to be presented to country to inspire more.

We take this opportunity to introduce INTERNATIONAL SPORTS EXCELLENCE AWARDS. These awards are dedicated to people who have done deeds that have inspired people across the society and their work has created a deep impact on the evolution of sports as well as global culture.

MASA WORLD Foundation’s Vision:

Objectives of the Award:

(01) To Recognising and honouring sports individuals and teams that have excelled both on and off the field on an annual basis.

 (02) To motivate young people to achieve excellence in the field of Sports Community.

(03) To encourage young people to develop a sense of responsibility to their community and thus to improve their own personal potential as good citizens.

(04) To give recognition to the outstanding work done by voluntary and non-profit organizations working with youth for national development and sports Community.

Description of the Award

International Sports Excellence Awards: in a bid to reward the Province's sports stars for their efforts in keeping the passion of sport alive in the hearts of millions in through their efforts in local and international sports events.

The awards consist of seventeen (17) categories. The categories recognise: individuals; males; females; people with a disability; federations and media.

8: ADMINISTRATOR OF THE YEAR

9: MOST PROMISING ATHLETES

10: MOST PROMISING TEAM

11: SPORT FAN OF THE YEAR

12: SPORT PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR

13: JOURNALIST OF THE YEAR

14: SCHOOL SPORT ATHLETE OF THE YEAR

15: COMMUNITY SPORT AND RECREATION PROGRAMME OF THE YEAR

16: SPORT PROGRAMME OF THE YEAR

17: COMMUNITY MEDIA OF THE YEAR

(01) The Award shall be given for demonstrably excellent work in different fields of development activities and social services.

(02) ISE Award would be given to voluntary organizations engaged in various programs of National Development.

(03) ISE Award to individuals will comprise an Award, a Certificate, and a Shawl. The individuals will receive the prizes in their traditional attire.

Rules and Regulations:

(01.) All applications must be duly completed and submitted so as to reach us on or before 25th May 2019.

(02.) Please enclose photocopy of the relevant document that support your claim.

(03.) The Application Form along with all supporting materials and Documents must be submitted at the same time.

(04.) The organizers of the awards do not bear the responsibility for non-receipt/late receipt of any material.

(05.) Please refrain from sending confidential documents or any original documents of high value.

1. Recommendation State Sports Officer Director SSO SSD Letter (Discount 30%)

2. Recommendation Letter of Member of Parliament. ( Discount 25%)

Condition of Eligibility

(01.) He / She should be between the ages of 7 to 90 years. He / She should have completed 7 years on the 1st April of the financial year for which award is to be conferred and should be less than 90 years of age on the 31st of March.

(02.) He / She should have rendered services in the relevant field during the finical year for which award is to be given and should also be the one who is likely to continue to involve himself / herself in such activates for at least another two years after conferment of the award.

(03.) The service rendered should be on a voluntary basis and should have made a remarkable impact in the community / society.

(04.) The impact of the service rendered by him / her in person should be clearly Identifiable preferably quantitatively.

(O5.) He / She not have been conferred such an award earlier. Such of the persons who are recommended for the award once and are not finely selected can, re not finely selected can, however be recommended again.

About 

MASA WORLD Foundation is a non government, non profit organization working in the field of sports, education, health, cultural, gender equality, youth development programs and art of self defense. The motto of the organization is “FOR EVERY ONE”. Organization was established in 2013, with a singular vision of working in the field of sports. Later on it started providing platform to young players ( from different sports) across different section of society to promote sports as well the temperament of moving ahead in life. With in a span of five years it organized three International Martial Arts competition ( in 2013, 2015, 2017), Mentor Awards in 2019 and several national and state level tournaments to provide much needed boost to both mental and physical development of school going kids. These events see participation from all across India and Asia and are open to all. The vision of organization is to focus on current needs for most important people of the world i.e. kids who are our future but it also want to be present for all as motto said “For Everyone”.
