About the event
Alpha Kappa Psi, the co-ed professional business fraternity, is committed to providing professionalism and service to the community. With this annual service trip, we do just that. Each year, the Gamma Eta chapter identifies a city to travel to in order to provide service to the local businesses in need. This year, we will travel close to eight hours to give our service to the city of Nashville, TN. We will be volunteering our time to several organizations in the city, including BELL Garden Bellevue and the Nashville Humane Society. This event also gives us a chance to connect with our brothers in other chapters. As we travel, we look for chapters in the area to connect with in order to build brotherhood across the nation. This service trip provides a way for our members to give back to the community and experience a new city.
Unfortunately, travel costs can get expensive. With little funding from our University, the cost for this trip comes out of pocket for our members. With the right funding, we hope to send more than 50 members to Nashville this year. Help us make our goals a reality!Why should you sponsor?
