Sergeant Audie Murphy Association Mountain Post Chapter “Mountain Post Bowl V” Flag Football tournament is a fundraiser that benefits the Soldiers, families, and communities on and around Fort Carson.What: 16 team; two stage 7 vs. 7 Flag Football tournament and Punt, Pass, & Kick Competition.
Stage 1:4 groups of 4 teams round robin group play.
Stage 2: 8 team single elimination tournament.
When: Saturday 24 January 2015 Starting at 0800.
Where: Iron Horse Physical Fitness Center 6415 Specker Ave, Ft. Carson, CO 08913.
Cost: $200 per team with a 15 player maximum. Teams can be a mix of units throughout Fort Carson, male & female, civilian & military personnel. A Three game guarantee included.
Punt, Pass, & Kick Competition (PP&K): $5 to enter competition (for all ages Male & Female). Age Groups: 5-7, 8-10, 11-14, 15-17, 18 and Up. Competition time: 1030-1300.
Prizes: 1st place team will receive medals, Champion T-shirts & the SAMC Trophy to be displayed at the Ft. Carson Headquarters. Individual trophies awarded to male & female PP&K Champions of each age group.
