    Why should you sponsor?

This event hopefully will be the beginning of something big. The three organizations that are coming together are working hard to create an evironment not only for kids but for families to feel save and welcomed. Our goal is to help everyone, Moroccan or others, to feel comfortable and home. Immigrating and leaving your family behind is hard enough as it is. We want people to feel like they never left home; to feel that sincerety and equality amoung each other. This event is just one of the many things we have planned and hopefully we get to fullfill all our dreams so any type of sponership helps. From $1 to $100, every penny makes a difference.

    Chaimae Dardouri

I am a Moroccan-American with big goals and dreams and I believe that I can make a difference or impact in someone's life. Immigrating to America with my parents was a big struggle; not only were we leaving the only people we knew as family but we were coming to a foreign country with a different language and culture. Growing up I always found it hard to fit in because no one spoke the same language as me or no one dressed up like me. I was always the outcast in my classrooms and events until I meet this girl. She was still young but she had ambition in her eyes. She wanted to make a change in the Moroccan community, and so she did. Growing up with her and learning many things from her have inspired me to do the same. I want to great an atompshere where immigrant kids won't feel left out or different; that they are the same as those who grew up here. And that all it takes is time for someonet o adapt to their new surroundings. I first want to start in the Moroccan community and then branch out to other cultures and backgrounds. Hopefully this event can be the spark to ignite something very big and powerful. Sponsering this event will be the biggest impact you can ever make.
