About the event
moofest is a free arts festival combining music, food, performances and photography from the local area. Running over three days, moofest aims to bring you the very best in local entertainment. From up and coming acts to more established local bands, we’re here to try and give a platform for the artists to shine and the local community to enjoy! There is a whole host of talent out there and what better way to discover it than at a free 3 day festival?
So why have this ticket page and why do I need one?
The simple answer is that the reponse to the festival has been overwhelming and with that we have to ensure that everyone is safe at the event, therefore we are asking for a small donation to help the event run successfully.In return your name(s) will feature on a wall of moofest supporters for all to see over the weekend!
moofest is a community event. We understand that not everyone can afford to go to big festivals, enjoy days out or holidays. We hope that by making the festival free we can lighten some of the stresses of everyday life, if only for a weekend, and help people to enjoy themselves. We are also a non-profit organisation, so everything goes back into making a thriving environment for bands and artists within the local community.
We don’t have big sponsors or major funding and most of the people involved give their time for free. But we all work hard to bring you the best three day free festival money can’t buy.
Therefore anything you can spare to help with financing the event will help to create a successful event.

A whole stage that is sponsored by you? The Cowshed stage will also house the bar area that is the only place to buy drinks so is guaranteed traffic through the building. We are looking for some to become a sponsor of the wristbands that each festival attendee will be given. How often do you look at your watch? How often do you take a drink? How often do you write something down, or look at your phone? How often do you use your hands, for any function throughout the day?
