About the event
Moments Fest is an experience that is foundationally built for the cannabis culture, but includes elements that entertain, interact with, and educate mass consumers. Moments is about creating a space and time for people to release stress, encounter new experiences, and live in the "MOMENT". The festival will be driven by our cannabis competition in which companies will compete in 1 of 6 divisions. The day will be a mix of networking and fun capped off by our award ceremony and superstar performances.

Moments will provide impeccable platforms to push brands and their products to the forefront of their industries. The festival is designed around 3 elemental pillars.
Entertain - Throughout the day there will be a number of performances, brand activations, pop-ups, and "MOMENTS" to entertain attendees. We will capture their attention and keep them present to maximize their experience while enhancing brand recognition. Experiences include yoga, sound bathing, digital scavenger hunt, IV therapy, massage therapy, give-a-ways, and more.
Interact - While fest attendees are being entertained by the many experiences of Moments, cannabis companies, vendors, and sponsors will have the ability to interact with them in a number of ways from general info booths to custom designed activations.
Educate - When consumers are entertained in an interactive environment companies can engage, network, and sell products on-site to them. The purpose of this event is to merge true cali cannabis culture with mass consumers in a way that educates and creates long lasting customers for participating brands.
Brian WilliamsMy name is Brian Williams. I am the fest director for Moments Fest. I am a passionate, achievement-driven entrpreneur with 10+ years of management experience in providing administrative support and business solutions across several industries. I have been involved in 3 major start ups and coordinated nearly 30 experiences since 2019. I hail from Columbus, Ohio (Go Bucks!) but I now reside in Los Angeles, California. I'm about effecting change in particular industries such as health and wellness by way of unforgettable experiences... Moments!

Sponsor will receive 2 VIP Admission Wristbands and 2 Staff Wristbands. 3. Sponsor's logo will be displayed on the Moments Fest brochure map that is distributed to every attendee. 4. Sponsor's logo will be displayed on the Moments Fest website under "Sponsors" section. 5. Sponsor's logo will be incorporated on Moments Official clothing merchandise to be distributed prior to and during Moments Fest. 6.Sponsor will receive a special shout out thank you via Moments Fest social media channels and be featured as our "Sponsor of the Day". 7. 1. Sponsor will receive a custom activation experience created by the Organizer with the input of the Sponsor. 2. Sponsor will receive a premium location within a high traffic area of the venue for their custom activation. 3. Sponsor's logo will be displayed throughout the Adelanto Plaza & Event Center on banners, posters, and other materials. 4. Sponsor's logo will be displayed in fest shuttles along with QR code to attract passengers who will be onboard for a minimum of 3 hours the day of the event. 5. 1. Sponsor will receive a recap video of Moments Fest displaying their activation/ product and logo. 2. Sponsor will receive a branded interactive experience (such as yoga, sound bathing, paint n' puff, etc.) or lounge (such as VIP lounge, competitor lounge, artist lounge, etc.) designed by the organizer. 3. Sponsor's product or item of choosing will be featured in the Moments Digital Scavenger Hunt gift bag given to 1000 guests throughout the day. Sponsor must provide product. 4. Sponsor's logo will be displayed on 30 foot Banners at the entrance of the fest for everyone to see and record upon arrival. 5. Sponsor's logo will be displayed on all fliers, posters, and promotional materials set for mass distribution prior to, during, and after the event. 6. Sponsor's logo will be displayed on the Moments Fest Step N' Repeat that will be the main photo attraction of the event. 7. Sponsor's logo will be displayed throughout the Adelanto Plaza & Event Center on banners, posters, and other materials. 8. Sponsor's logo will be displayed in fest shuttles along with QR code to attract passengers who will be onboard for a minimum of 3 hours the day of the event. 9. Sponsor will receive 8 VIP Admission Wristbands and 4 Staff Wristbands. 10. Sponsor's logo will be displayed on the Moments Fest brochure map that is distributed to every attendee. 11. Sponsor's logo will be displayed on the Moments Fest website under "Sponsors" section. 12. Sponsor's logo will be incorporated on Moments Official clothing merchandise to be distributed prior to and during Moments Fest. 13.
