It is the mission of the Miss Black Florida USA Scholarship Pageant to provide young women of color with personal, professional, academic and scholarship opportunities. Promote young women's voices concerning culture, education, and community issues provide a forum for young women to express their viewpoints, talents and accomplishments to each other and to a world audience.
