About the event
Miracle Hero-Con is a convention to raise money for Make-A-Wish Michigan. It will be held April 25th and 26th 2020 at the Frankenmuth Credit Event Center in Birch Run, Michigan. The event is being organized and ran by the League of Enchantment.
The League of Enchantment is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with the mission to work together with local hospitals, community organizations, and other nonprofits to bring hope and smiles to kids and kids at heart alike. Whether it is a smile, hug, photo, or a simple conversation with a child, we are here to make a difference in their lives all through the power of costume play (cosplay). Our volunteers spend time visiting kids at special events or even in the hospital, dressed as their favorite superheroes, princesses, and even their favorite creatures! We average 15-25 events a month, including special events and hospital visits.
All proceeds that are raised at Miracle Hero-Con will go straight to Make-A-Wish Michigan, to help fulfill more kids wishes right here in our great state! We will be bringing in musical guests, comic book artists, tv and movie celebrities, and much more to help bring in more funds for Make-A-Wish.
Our venue can hold up to 8,000 people, and we are aiming to fill it! This is where we need your help. Our goal this year is to raise more than $100,000. The average cost for a child’s Wish Experience is $10,000.
We need your help to make Miracle Hero-Con a success. We would greatly appreciate it if you would help us by sponsoring a part of the event. By becoming a sponsor, you will be making a tax-deductible contribution that will help The League of Enchantment continue to bring hope and smiles to children all over Michigan, through Make-A-Wish Michigan. We greatly appreciate your consideration.

Why should you sponsor?
Sponsorship for this event directly benefits children that are sick or may have terminal illnesses. We are raising money to help them live their best lives and to help be as happy as possible. We want to show all the children that they mean everything!
My name is Michelle, and I am one of the event coordinators for Miracle Hero-Con. I am a medical assistant at Michigan State University where I work for pediatric reconstructive surgeons and I spend my free time volunteering for the League of Enchantment. I am a co-chair for How-To Halloween, as well as yearly volunteer for Capital City Comic Con, DIY Street Fair, and Pig and Whiskey Street Festival. I always tell people that support is my super power. I really feed on energies generated by other people seeing things going right, and helping people feel good about themselves.
