    The Minority Mental Health Symposium is an evidence based conference that brings together mental health professionas who desire to better understand how to serve minority communities. Professionals will learn ways to decrease the stigma of mental illness, increase access to menatl health services, and improve the overall wellness for communities of color.

    Ashley Bryant

    As a licensed professional counselor, Ashley Bryant is a psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples encountering mental health challenges. Bryant specializes in helping those who are wanting to find themselves after experiences trauma. A native of Arkansas, Bryant’s journey from adversity to healing began after experiences the loss of her mother in her teen years. Traveling her own roadmap of transition, Bryant has fought battles against grief, depression and even suicide attempts. Bryant’s own struggles has led her to eventually recognizing her life’s purpose revolved around supporting others in their journey to inner peace. 

    With an unparalleled insight in psychotherapy, cultural development and mental health, Ashley Bryant is an authentic, inclusive brand with a vibrant future and innovation to match. A native of Little Rock, AR, Bryant’s journey from adversity to healing began after experiencing the loss of her mother at a young age.

    With astounding clarity born from years of education and intensive work, Bryant founded Therapy In Color®, a digital platform that helps people of color find therapists of color.
