MindBody Expo facilitates opportunities and connections making emphasis on education, protecting the well-being of humankind, animals and the environment. Our dedication to quality, transparency, sustainability and giving back guides us in everything we do. 

Giving back becomes an important part of our mission when a percentage of its proceeds will fund local organizations who educate others to better themselves, building awareness and self esteem. We want to make this world better and safer for our own and future generations!

It’s time for instated division to be replaced with UNITY and an understanding of the crucial role we all play in creating a positive future, and it’s time for us to revisit ideas that aren’t as accepted as they perhaps should be! ​

Our movement-driven event — encourages and inspires those who desire to plant, cultivate and grow "Seeds of Greatness" in their lives as well as others, by continuously working and striving towards a healthier, happier and a more peaceful world.  It takes more than one person to lift off a car! With our strengths and diversity, we can effectively create the necessary dynamics to ensure a brighter and more successful future in our communities.

Eddy Casimir

Sandra Tribioli, CPT, CHHC, AADP /  Founder and Chairman 

Sandra was born and raised in Venezuela in times where organic living was the norm. She holds an MBA and Fine Arts, a Certified Personal Trainer, Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, American Academy of Drugless Practitioner and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do & Mixed Martial Arts. Her real life breakthrough started when diagnosed with Celiac Disease back in 2002. These terrible news empowered her to take charge of her own health, giving her the drive and passion by taking her nutrition education to the next level and receiving her training in holistic health at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in NYC, the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with post-modern concepts. She is currently is a Lifestyle Strategist and a Mentor to many, fine-tuning her skills as a Social Entrepreneur, building communities and creating a positive impact in the lives of others while continuing to spread health and happiness everywhere possible through MindBody Expo.

Eddy Casimir, CPT, CNWC / COO

Eddy received his Personal Training/Nutrition & Wellness Certification from American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA). Eddy was always playing sports as a kid. It wasn’t until he joined the Military that he really appreciated physical fitness and athletic performance. He really got to see first hand how keeping your body in good shape directly relates to a person’s livelihood. During his time in the military, he had the opportunity to train soldiers and mold them physically & mentally. This is where he fell in love with coaching and training others. After the military, he meet his wife Kristine of 8 years, which is a Physical Therapist Assistant/Personal Trainer & Health Coach, and decided to open their own Personal Training business (ShredZone Fitness Studio).
