About the event
Gift Skateboarding’s first annual Midwest Blowout will gather the best skateboarders throughout the midwest in order to compete for $2500 in cash, across six different divisions. The competition will take place on March 25th and 26th at Gift Skateboarding’s indoor skatepark in Henderson, KY.
Why should you sponsor?
Your brand presence will be visible to over 400 contestants and in-person spectators, in addition to thousands of impressions online through extensive digital marketing and streaming via YouTube.
Matt GlickMidwest Blowout is organized by Gift Skateboarding - a nonprofit with the mission to provide safe and accessible community spaces and programs centered around skateboarding.
The hub of our organization is a free, staffed, indoor skatepark that is open to the public, and designed to equally fulfill the wishes of both beginners and long time skaters. Located in Henderson, KY, our facilities host lessons, workshops, and events - most of which are offered at no cost. Additionally, we routinely donate new and/or used skateboards, protective gear, and shoes to low income individuals.
