About the event

This is the 2nd annual  Alive Mental Health workshop also known as  "Alive Party".

• This a mental health workshop for mental health awareness month. We provide a safe space and community for people to share and discuss mental health and their experiences whether its depression, anxiety, and more.
• To learn about mental health disorders, to learn about coping mechanisms, to gain tools and resources, to release, heal, to grow and to celebrate being alive.

D'zhonea Miara

My name is D'Zhonea. I am a 29 year old black woman attempting to make a difference with my generation and the youth when it comes to Mental Health. It is my goal to make mental health less taboo by creating safe spaces for people to discuss their experiences and learn tools and resources about mental health.
