About the event

The objective of this event is to make Mental Health information, education, support products and services accessible to everyone.  The Summit covers a wide range of topics in Mental health from recognising Symptoms of Depression to Mental Health in the Workplace to the Role of Nutrition and Fitness and many more.  The Summit is open to all sectors to attend to get everyone talking and being proactive about this topic.

Last year's Summit trended on Twitter in IRL for almost 2 days, was attended by some of the biggest corporates and organisations in the country and has now been shortlisted for BEST CONFERENCE at this year's Event Industry Awards.
