Members will send in their best original content (OC) memes (picture format ONLY i.e no copypastas, video submissions) and tag #OCmeme. No restriction in genre, but no gore and no porn. Brownie points goes to memes crafted in relation to Memes n Dreams. Top 3 submissions will walk away with $30, $20 and $10 Grab credits each! The admin team will choose the top 3 submissions.

Memes n Dreams is the largest meme group on Telegram in Singapore. In four months, Memes n Dreams has grown to 13k members in 4 months with 20-50% organic week-on-week growth. The Telegram group consists of mainly students, and the group has captured 8.6% of the student population in Singapore, with 80% of them in the four main universities. 

This is a powerful captive audience, which will be monetized via ads and sponsorship. Si Ling is also in talks with companies such as Grab, GO-JEK, Shopee, and Lazada for collaboration. She is also working on cross-platform campaigns with other popular meme groups on Facebook such as Kiasu Memes For Singaporean Teens.

To support the growth of the group, she also founded MnD Analytics, a Telegram analytics company that empowers Telegram community managers with community insights and metrics. The suite of tools helped Memes n Dreams grow, and identified issues that slowed growth.
