About the event
The COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), as you know, is a flagship project of the Commission on Science & Technology for Sustainable Development in the South (COMSATS). It is an international and inter-governmental organization with a network of 16 International Science and Technology Centers of Excellence committed to bridging the ever-growing gap between the developed and developing world in the field of science and technology. The success story of CIIT is short but quite eventful. Since its inception in 2000, it is credited with many landmark achievements. As lately adjudged by HEC, it presently ranks 6th in the research publications amongst the top ranking public sector universities of Pakistan.
I take this opportunity to inform that the Department of Management Sciences, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Islamabad is going to organize Marketing Symposium 2017 and Gala Evening. This event features an energetic environment for the industry-academia linkage. It will be comprised of 2 sessions in which famous media and industrial icons will be invited for the discussion on current business and marketing areas. This event also features gala evening with famous singers and cultural performances. Gala evening will provide good networking opportunity for industry and alumni.
