About the event

This event is intended as per the requirement of the Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland students. The event's goal is to implement the principle of event and management studies that students have been taught from their subject Event Management which helps to conceptualize, plan, managing, and evaluating the event. The event theme will be the night market. The event is conducted for people to feel at night market environment, reminisce about their childhood or hometown while presented elegantly. It will create an opportunity for students to express their love for their home country food. Lastly, if the event would be approved, it will be the only event that chooses a simple and relaxing theme. It is a cocktail and gala dinner whereby people can enjoy food.

The money resulted from this event will be donated to the Mercury Phoenix Trust Foundation for helping people all around the world to fight AIDS.

Hi 

I'm Mita Carolina, a culinary student from Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland. I'm currently in term 7 which is my final year. I am gladly anointed as General Manager for the term 7 events.

In term 7, as per the requirement to graduate, we need to create a culinary event, whereby our students are the guests. However, the fundraising money will be donated to the Mercury Phoenix Trust. 

So please help us to support the foundation and also our event!
