About the event

Dear Friends,

I am hosting a fashion show Monday, November 16, 2015 to benefit families in need and hope you will consider being a sponsor. These families will be selected by a local shelter or non-profit based on economic need and other hardships. We are looking for anything that can help these families such as gifts card, canned goods, coats, etc.

We have different levels of sponsorship and would appreciate anything you can do. In return you will get:

* A tax deduction

* Increased customer appreciation for your community assistance

* The pleasure of assisting families in need

* Your company name promoted as a sponsor determined by your chosen sponsor level

* Exposure to 400+ people

I have attached the sponsorship letter with the levels available. I know funds are tight all around, I hope you will consider this a worthwhile cause to sponsor.

Sponsorship packages listed below. Anything donation of any kind would be appreciated if donating food expected people to be at the event is 220 so asking for at least 250 to 300.

A benefit for families in need

Platinum Sponsorship Package: $350.00

Reserved table/seating for 4. Your company name will be listed in the program as one of our Platinum Sponsors and receive a full page ad in our program and advertisement on ALL promotional materials.

Gold Sponsorship Package: $275.00

Reserved table/seating for 2. Your company name listed in the program as one of our Gold Level Sponsors and receives a half page ad in our program.

Silver Sponsorship Package: $75.00

Your company name listed in the program as one of our Silver Level Sponsors and receives a business card ad in our program. 

Bronze Sponsorship Package: $25.00

Your company name and information listed in the program as one of our Bronze Level Sponsors in our program.
