    Welcome to Malvern’s Kickoff the Holiday Fair! This year, we are having vendors demonstrate their products by doing activities with all ages, and Elsa will  join us in Malvern to play with kids of all ages!! Come visit Elsa, Olaf, and Anna at Sears Hometown of Malvern in their parking lot on November 7, 2015 from 10am to 4pm! It’s going to be a fun day to help raise funds while playing games, shop, and have fun!


    We have over 30 vendors of direct sales, local small businesses, arts, crafts, and homemade gifts and food vendors are expected to attend. There’s a lot of selection in each booth to increase sales for each vendor.


    There will be a kids zone for ages 12 and younger to play with Elsa and her friends with the magical photographer to take individual pictures. Children will be able to enter the Turkey Trot Tots, the Pumpkin Derby, and Southern Disney Princess Pageant. Games, and activities will be available for children to play with Elsa and interact with the vendors some at no cost and some with additional cost.


    We will be handing out 150 local Swag Bags and 150 Nationwide Swag Bags to the attendees that 18 years and older with sponsor information, vendor information, free gifts, coupons, samples, and invitations to join us for our next event, Holly Jolly Holiday Fair in December.


    Music will be performed by local bands, choirs, and carolers from local churches for the event. A Christmas tree will be lit that will have the decorations crafted by the attendees to raise funds and to be able to have the decorated tree displayed at our event, Helping Hands of the Elves, which is to help provide a Christmas dinner for the people in need. A kickoff the holiday party with performers, and refreshments, and visiting with neighbors will take place in the evening.

    Booth Presence: Securing a booth space at Malvern’s Kickoff the Holiday Fair is a great way for Sponsors to bring their brand to life for our attendees. This is a perfect program for selling, or sampling out your products, handing out promotional materials, signing up new subscribers, hosting fun activities, and anything else that will help brand yourself. Your booth puts you in direct contact with our engaged demographics; Median Age: 25, 86% Female, 20% Male, young families, and handmade craft enthusiasts of all ages. $50 contact us for a vendor application.


    Host an Activity: We are incorporating a new idea for our event this year. People love hands on workshops, and any other fun and engaging activities are a great way for Sponsors to connect with our audience in a truly appearing manner. Put your company’s products directly into people's hands and hold their attention. Other fun ideas include furnishing a photo booth, hosting an after party, giving away prizes and more!
