About the event

Lyla Lashes is a beauty and positive influence brand that wants to take their business to the next stage. More specifically, participating in large scale trade shows for beauty, business and women that typically cost $5,000 just for space or booth alone. Unfortunately, we don't have the budget yet. Since our start, at the beginning of 2019 we have been in small scale pop up events and have planned our own large scale photoshoots that required a lot of planning and execution. These trade shows have the power to change our business drastically with organic marketing techniques that increase our brand's exposure. With this brunch fundraiser, we plan to host a brunch that not only excites us, but our cooperating vendors and guests! With your help we can get one lash closer to becoming a big name is False Lashes.

Aside from maintaining professionalism, like in any good partnership, there is the potential to work together in the future. I have a network of successful individuals that work in media, app development, business, design, marketing, law, entertainment, and event planning that look for referrals and networking of their own. I built a rapport with the people I work with and my network could become their network as well.

Hey there,

My name is Leanne Corpus. I started Lyla Lashes when I was 23 because what better way to get free lashes than to have your own company right? I know most people don't think with that mindset but I was fortunate to be raised by all businessmen and women. Instead of following in line, I decided to divert from working for my family's company ABD Office Solutions and Toner boss by pursuing a career in law. I am still in the legal field working at a business and probate firm as a certified paralegal but I decided to push law school off to pursue my passion for business, ABD Office Solutions just wasn't it. I chose to get into lashes because I am also an artist and had a skill for drawing eyes and designing lashes on them. I used my talents to do our logos, customize our lash boxes, and all our artwork without having to outsource. I learned everything about business, SEO, partnerships, dropshipping and shopify on my own and through the mentorship of those I know with businesses. Because I am a paralegal and a Legal Document Preparer I was even able to do all of our contracts, LLC formation, partnership and investor agreements on my own. After I got the ground running I used my 5,000 social media followers to market my brand and spread the word. I am passionate, skilled and driven. I believe I have a lot to offer anyone I work or partner with.
