About the event
A virtual 5k is a race that is organized online, but run wherever you choose! Sign up today, and on the day of the race you run on your favorite venue...whether that be your treadmill, neighborhood park, your favorite vacation spot, or right out your front door. No getting up early for registration. No parking or standing in lines for port-a-potties. You run when you want, where you want. Upload a pic of you on this site after you have finished, along with your time and distance, and you will receive a tshirt or medal to commemorate your accomplishment!
All proceeds will go to Transformation Love, a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity working among the poorest of poor in Ethiopia. They focus our efforts to working with the children of those affected by HIV in the Korah area of Addis Ababa, the country's capital.
