The London Sketch Comedy Festival is the UK’s most exciting up-and-coming comedy festival, leading the new wave of British comedy and discovering the hottest new talent.
Critically acclaimed it has received Critic’s Choice from every major publication including Time Out,The Times and London Evening Standard as well as Discovery of the Year by The Independent.
An annual sold-out event showcasing the most exciting alternative comedy in front of heavyweight industry judges, London SketchFest awards some of the brightest acts, who regularly go on to sign development deals for TV and radio and win some of the nation’s biggest awards, including Chortle Best Newcomer 2015.
As a unique festival with style, humour and distinction the festival has been lauded as ‘winning a battle for comedic hearts and minds’, creating ‘genuine exuberance’ and ‘a convivial experience’.
THE INTERNATIONAL SKETCHFEST CIRCUIT
The London Sketch Comedy Festival forms part of an international circuit of sketch comedy festivals [SketchFests] stretching from the UK, across the USA and Canada.

In conjunction with Chicago and Toronto SketchFest we’re launching an international scheme taking the best of British talent across the pond and inviting exciting international talent to perform in London.
Branded Content
In partnership with University of the Arts London, we’ve developed a branded content project where Advertising students will shoot videos for our sponsor with the festival’s key talent.
Strengthened Partnerships
We’ll continue to work with festival partners such as BBC Comedy and Cofilmic Comedy Film Festival to create exciting programme opportunities developing the UK’s new comedy talent.

Awarding acts each year with a panel of industry professionals specially selected to judge the shows, the London SketchFest Awards – ‘Awarding Awesomeness’ are a coveted symbol. They produce a lot of excitement over social media and produce the majority of media coverage post-festival. We offer opportunities for companies to help us ‘award awesomeness’ by sponsoring an award. Sponsoring can range from providing a prize to hosting their own award based on a select set of criteria. Sponsors also have the chance to sponsor the awards ceremony, which acts as our festival-wrap party where everyone is invited.
