  • About the event

    This event is an end of year party for students aged 17 to 19, celebrating the end of exams. The majority of students will be 18, and will be starting university in September. That makes the target audience young men and women who enjoy parties and will soon be entering university education. Guests live in the UK and are from schools located from Somerset to London and its surrounding counties. The event has the following dress code: Suits and smart Dresses. There will be a live DJ and an onboard bar. Currently we are thinking of having the theme as Independance Day, but this is not yet confirmed and we are still open to ideas. There will also be 6 security guards at the event for the safety of the guests.


    My friend and I are hiring a party boat which will sail down the Thames River for 4 hours between 7pm and 11pm. Sponsor advertisement and boat decorations are to be put on the boat between 6pm and 6:45pm.

Your banners will be put on the party boat for the 4 hour duration of the party. The boat will sail down the Thames, starting and finishing at Tower Pier. The boat will stand out with its loud music and party lighting. There will be 100 to 250 guests on board and your target audience is 18 year old students, the majority of whom will be starting university later this year.
