About the event
We started our Let's Talk Paralegal Webinar series due to the pandemic. It was one of the many pivots Eda Rosa LLC had to make in order to still help the legal professionals get the knowledge and tools they would normally receive from our in-person workshops. In 2021 we have fully completed the conversion from an in-person workshop to a virtual workshop where all legal professionals will receive handbooks and a chance to win a swag box. This particular workshop will be providing legal professionals the tools they need in order to balance their caseload tasks and communication skills to assist them with client relations and even their colleagues.

Eda Rosa LLC was founded in 2017. It started out as a paralegal service company and with the growing audience and attention, it blossomed into something bigger. We launched a YouTube Channel which opened up the gateway and a real chance at reaching as many legal professionals as possible. We later launched two podcasts and now our workshops have doubled in attendance. Our mission is to reach as many legal professionals or those who are looking into getting into the legal industry and prepare them with as much knowledge and tools as possible. We want to be a part of legal and education reform. We believe that with our platform we will be able to do just that.
Eda RosaEda Rosa runs Eda Rosa LLC, a paralegal service and legal professional development training company. She has over 18 years of experience supporting attorneys nationwide by efficiently managing the caseload process, delivering a trustworthy product with supporting legal research and enhancing client relations. Eda Rosa LLC was founded with the principles that allow all clients to benefit with the same level of professionalism. Eda has managed to save firms millions of dollars with her operational management analysis plans and effective work ethic. Eda’s experience has allowed her to support portfolios with best possible outcomes within the confines of the law. In the process, Eda has established an aptitude for structuring her client’s operations with an efficient approach, while maximizing the tools and staff which positively affects the bottom line.
Prior to forming Eda Rosa LLC, Eda was a full-time paralegal for law firms across the tri-county area of Florida. In doing so she realized that there was a need for freelance paralegals and with the accumulated knowledge, combined with an associate degree in Pre-Law, Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Paralegal Certificate, she was able to build a solid foundation through her already established network.
Eda is currently a member of the Lean In Organization and Namati Global Legal Empowerment Network. She is very selective in the organizations that she joins and connects with, as she feels that helping others and spreading her knowledge is the best way to fulfill her lifelong goal in making a difference in this world.
One of the ways she likes to make a change, is by training legal professionals from entry level to executive level and assisting them in creating and/or enhancing the legal skills, necessary in order for them to reach their career goals within the legal industry. Eda provides monthly webinars, free YouTube Channel videos, hosts two podcasts, one-on-one sessions, and has an online shop with skill enhancing video courses. The value of sharing knowledge is part of the structure of Eda Rosa LLC.
Eda Rosa is always learning and embracing change. She believes that without the ability to grow you limit yourself.
