About the event

For the annual Len Garrison memorial lecture we have confirmed three key speakers talking about little known periods of Black British History.  These speakers include the following individuals:

David Olusoga a British-Nigerian historian, broadcaster and film-maker

Dr Miranda Kauffman, freelance historian and journalist 

Marika Sherwood a Hungarian-born historian, researcher, educator and author. 

The event will be followed by a Q&A session, interspersed with contributions from musicians.

The event itself will run from 6.00pm-10.00pm and we will aim to have tickets available for up to 90 people.
