About our event

The Latino Food & Beverage Trade Show is the only free-standing trade show in the food industry in the United States dedicated to the Latino market on the East Coast. The show, now on its sixth year, has an outstanding record of attracting the most important participants in the industry who cater to the ever growing Hispanic market. Please note, this market-our target market-is $200 billion dollars strong.

Our program design consists of a dynamic exhibit and trade floor at the 65,000 square foot Expo Center, concurrent educational sessions, top-shelf celebrity chefs’ culinary demonstrations, and dynamic networking during the event.
Attendees include buyers from supermarket chains, independent retail establishments, restaurant owners, and all kinds of businesses serving the industry.

It is the largest gathering of Latinxbusiness owners in the Tri-State New York Metropolitan area.

We are Bill  and Linda Colón, CEO and Senior Vice President of the World of the Latino Cuisine, Inc. Mrs. Colón is the owner of the enterprise. 

We are a minority, Hispanic and female onwed business. 

Bill Colón has more than 30 years as an event organizer, and has been the principal  sales & marketing officer of the Latino Food Show.

Linda Colón is an experienced marketing executive, with more than 25 years working in the food & beverage industry.
