“Konkan Vibhagiya Kunbi Mahotsav Pratishthan” established in the year 2016 under registration no. MH/1624/16/THANE. Kunbi Mahotsav Pratishthan is promoting as a Social, Educational and Sports activity in rural areas.

With great delight, we have started a magnificent event “Kunbi Mahotsav-2016” at Shahapur for the whole society which now crosses the limits of communities. Grand opening ceremony in the presence of renowned personalities our District Guardian Hon. Eknathji Shinde, Khasdar Hon. Kapilji Patil,  Khasdar Hon. Nanabhau Patole, Amdar Hon. Kisanji Kathore, Amdar Hon. Pandurang Barora and other political ministers. The ending ceremony was executed by our Chief Minister Hon. Devandraji Phadanvis is the highlight of the said event.

“Kunbi Mahotsav” is a much awaited event in the district of Thane from last two years. It is expanding its footprints in Maharashtra State rapidly. Entering in its 21^st edition, it is further establishing a niche it has carved. In year 2016 “Kunbi Mahotsav “has been celebrated with new ideas, themes and a growing number of sponsors, exhibitors and visitors and has enjoyed tremendous success.

Over 4.5 lac​s footfalls have been recorded in just 3 days last year. It has started attracting visitors not only from Shahapur Taluka but from whole Thane district, Mumbai & suburbans, Javhar district etc. The advertisements are reaching the whole of Maharashtra and exhibitors from away place are approaching us.

“Kunbi Mahotsav-2018” will be celebrated last week of Feb 2018 this year for 4 days in Murbad (Thane) Taluka. We are expecting 300 stalls of various exhibitors apart from lots of entertainment and food options for the visitors.
