    Starring the likes of Ayden Callaghan of Hollyoaks, Richard Blackwood of Eastenders, and Jodie Marsh, TV Presenter and Glamour Model, Krish and Lee is an 90-minute comedy feature film about : Two lovable losers who embark on a journey of comedic mayhem in their mission to raise money to pay their rent.

    The film will have 5 major premieres starting in London leicester square followed by Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds

    the sponsor will get main sponsor credits before trailer is released to the public and on press board at the premiere where pictures of attending celebs will reach nationwide press over night.

    The film is the UK’s version of Harold and Kumar written, directed, produced and starring Amar Adatia. Packed with appearances from household names, including Jodie Marsh(Glamour Model and Tv Presenter), Richard Blackwood (Eastenders, Anuvahood) Jessica-Jane Stafford(The Real Hustle, Devils Tower), Ayden Callaghan(Hollyoaks) and Rahul Kohli (I-Zombie) (among others), this is a fantastic opportunity for a brand to engage with the youth market.

    The Film:

    Krish and Lee are young, unable to keep their jobs and think themselves as players and entrepreneurs. In fact they have savaged every job and lady opportunity in their entire lives and now the two lovable losers only have 48 hours to get rent money before the consequences get serious.

    With the clock ticking, the boys are forced to embark on an adventure that sees them get involved with two warring London gangsters, a gang of money laundering gypsies, a terrorist gang, a cross dressing dwarf and much, much more.

    MARKETING STRATEGY


    The promotion of Krish and Lee will run through June to September 2016 to the DVD release in Jan 2017. This is an indicative strategy and if you would like any further information on what is provided below, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

    It will focus on three key areas: Social media, PR and Advertising, all of which will feature the film´s sponsors prominently.


    Social Media Outreach

    Our existing social community will play a central role in the promotion of Krish and Lee. Combined, those that appear in the film have a social following of over three million people. The cast will be promoting the film throughout the run in to the premiere and their followers will be the primary initial target for our marketing strategy.

    Our objective is to convert 1% of these followers (30,000) into cinemagoers across cinemas nationwide in the first week of release.

    PR ACTIVITY

    General

    Our PR campaign will be anchored in our ‘general’ activity of generating reviews and coverage in national, trade, regional and local publications. Our primary targets will include all national film journalists, Trade media such as Empire and Total Film, regional publications such as TimeOut, The Metro and the Evening Standard and local newspapers in the areas around the country where the film will be screened.

    Youth and Cast

    We will be specifically targeting youth media publications as part of our strategy. This will include publications such as Verge Magazine, the largest online student publication in the UK.

    Due to the diverse following many of the cast have we will also be targeting specific topic specific publications with access to particular cast members. This could be Jodie Marsh with a body-building magazine, Big Narstie with a grime publication or Amar Adatia with TV Asia UK. Breaking up the stories so we are able to target publications with exclusives will ensure we are able to use our cast members to secure coverage in the industries where they are best known.

    Premiere

    The premiere of Krish and Lee will be the media hook for radio and broadcast opportunities as well as invitations for online and traditional press. We will invite journalists to attend the premiere as well as target relevant radio and broadcast outlets (relevant BBC broadcast programmes such as BBC London News, The One Show and Radio 1) to secure coverage in the run up to and on the night of the Premiere.

    Media Partnerships

    We are already in discussion with a number of media outlets for them to be our media partners. Our targets include SBTV, Flava magazine and Kiss 100 amongst others.

    Stunts

    Throughout August, and up to the premiere, we will be running a series of stunts to gain media coverage and provide content for social promotions.


    ADVERTISING ACTIVITY

    Social Promotions

    We will release behind-the-scenes clips, bloopers and other viral videos on video-sharing sites like YouTube, Instagram and Facebook throughout the marketing campaign. We will further boost these by investing in promoted posts to ensure that our target audience views the content.

    Billboard advertising

    We have secured a 48-sheet billboard in Stratford. With about 40,000 people living in this area and three fantastic shopping malls that attract lots more and it will make sure that the film gets the needed attention

    Advertising
    To support the visibility of the movie we ensure posters are present in shops/cafes/restaurants in every town nationwide. We will also be looking to secure a number of TV and radio advertising slots in September to support the launch of the film.
