• Provide a field to all competing clubs featuring new talents in the world of football as well as recognizing the club's existence and role.
• Promoting a healthy and active lifestyle practice community through sports
• Be a good measure of wood to the competing clubs or teams.
• Ensuring sport is an interfaith cohesion and attraction of youth involvement in beneficial activities.
• Provide platforms to companies promoting their products as well as organizing partners as part of corporate social responsibility.
• Finding potential talents to replace Malaysia's legend in line with the aspirations of Johor state football association [PBNJ] for further development from grassroots.

The Gelang Patah Football League Championship 2018 held its first edition of its review. In this edition, 20 teams are offered to play in this competition divided into two groups representing 10 teams in one group. For this edition, we expanded the scope of organization involving teams from Sinagpore and open to all clubs throughout Johor.
